Why This Website Exists
Duncan O'Finioan and his partner, Miranda Kelley, were taken as children as part of the government's MK Ultra program subprojects. They were experimented on using torture and mind control and went on to perform many assignments and black operations.
After regaining some memories and finding each other, it is their sincere hope that by coming forward they can bring enough awareness to the horrific abuses that they and other children endured and still endure so that these projects may be stopped.
